| About Kate Golega: |
Dr. Kate Gogela is excited to return to Lincoln Pediatric Group. She worked at LPG
during her summers off from high school and college, and has enjoyed working
side-by-side with her father, Dr. Germer. She attended Creighton University, where she
received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. She then received her Doctorate of
Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She completed her Pediatric
training at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Medical Center, and is board
certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Since graduating residency, she has spent time working in the Emergency Department,
Urgent Care, and Outpatient Clinics for Cincinnati Children's. She and her
husband, Steve, are happy to be back in Lincoln with their two sons, Henry and
Maxwell. In her free time, Kate enjoys running, biking, being outside, baking and
spending time with family and friends.
